Join us for the 4th Annual Framily 5K at Mill Ridge Park!
Bring your friends, family, and furry pals for an unforgettable day on the stunning Grassland Loop Trail! The trail winds through meadows, ponds, hilltops, and cedar glades — or take the quarter-mile paved loop if you prefer a more relaxed pace.
FREE participation or upgrade to premium for $35 to get an official timing chip, race bib, Framily 5K t-shirt, professional photo, and a Friends of Mill Ridge Park water bottle! Results will be posted on-site and online.
We’ll have refreshments, music, guided stretching and first aid on hand. Proceeds support park programs and parkland care by Friends of Mill Ridge Park.
