Hiking Trails at Mill Ridge Park
Friends of Mill Ridge Park has created and maintains 5.5 miles of hiking trails at Mill Ridge Park. All trails are open to the public - including leased dogs.
Mill Ridge Park is a sensitive and natural area. Help protect your park and follow these rules:
Stay on designated trails
Respect and do not disturb, harm, or collect plants, animals, or historic objects
Put litter in trash cans and discard recyclables at Mill Ridge Park, The Friends’ House, or take it with you
Keep pets on a leash not exceeding 6 feet and protect Nashville’s water quality by picking up your pet’s waste. Not doing so can result in fines for littering
Show courtesy and respect for all trail users
Stay alert at all times
No motorized vehicles of any kind, no alcohol or drugs, no weapons or hunting, no collection of plants, wildlife or historic objects.
Mill Ridge Park is open daily from dawn to dusk. Call Park Police at 615-880-3429 for assistance. Call 911 in emergencies.
