Garden Tour
Come join us for a refreshing and delightful morning walk as we explore the beautiful green spaces that bring our community together June 24th. During this leisurely stroll, you’ll have the opportunity to learn all about our vibrant community gardens—spaces lovingly cultivated by local residents and volunteers.
In addition to the community gardens and fruit trees, you’ll also get a tour of our pumpkin patch. You’ll hear about the planting and harvesting process, and the ways we use this space to engage families and children throughout the year.
The tour continues through our beautiful dye garden, where we grow plants specifically for natural dyeing purposes.
Finally, we’ll visit our pollinator gardens, designed to attract and support vital pollinating insects such as bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. These gardens are not only visually stunning but also play a critical role in maintaining biodiversity and supporting our food systems.
