Framily 5K for Family, Friends, & Fido

Join us for another Framily 5K at Mill Ridge Park!

Bring your friends, family, and furry pals for an memorable morning on the enchanting Grassland Loop Trail! The primitive trail winds through meadows, around ponds, over hilltops, and by cedar glades.

FREE participation or upgrade to premium for $35 to get an official timing chip and race bib, limited edition 5K t-shirt, professional photo, and a Friends of Mill Ridge Park water bottle! Results will be available on-site and online.

Friends of Mill Ridge Park will provide refreshments, DJ music, first aid kit, and a good time. Proceeds support trail care and park programs by Friends of Mill Ridge Park.
