Wild Wanderers

Join us on Tuesday, December 30th at 10:30AM with your kids (ages 3-8) to take an easy guided walk around the Farmhouse and orchard at Mill Ridge Park. As we walk, we’ll read aloud from a children’s nature-themed book and look for critters. We will bring our binoculars and bird guides as we wander. After the walk, we will do some arts and crafts. Participation is free; donations are appreciated.

Meet at the Farmhouse, marked by three yellow flags and cones, at 12944 Old Hickory Blvd, Antioch, 37013. Park in the grass lot along the gravel driveway near the orchard. We’ll meet at the picnic tables by the brick Farmhouse. Wear shoes suitable for uneven terrain. Snacks, sunscreen, and bug repellent will be provided. A portable toilet is available onsite.
