Pond Stroll

Join us in September to take an easy, family-friendly quarter mile guided walk around the pond at Mill Ridge Park. We will bring our binoculars and bird guides. We’ll have arts and crafts materials available so you can use your inspiration from the walk to write poems, draw, or create other artwork.

There is no set date, just let us know by emailing Katherine at katherine@southeastpark.org or calling 615-398-9091 what day of the week you or your group would like to take a guided stroll around the pond.

Meet at the Friends’ House, marked by three yellow flags, at 12965 Old Hickory Blvd, Antioch, 37013. Park in the grass lot along the gravel driveway. Wear shoes suitable for uneven, rugged terrain. Snacks, sunscreen, and bug repellent will be provided. A portable toilet is available onsite.
