Join us with Small World Yoga for free yoga for beginners and all levels from 9:30-10:30am. Mats, blocks, and straps will be provided (while supplies last).

Located at 12965 Old Hickory Blvd, Antioch, TN 37013 with signage, cones, and flags at the driveway entrance. Park in the grass along the gravel driveway.
